I'm French, owner of a 1600k caterham for over 10years.

I just bought a 90's lotus sign/embel. The seller told me that it cames from a lotus garage in Gand St Martens Latem precisely.

Is someone know something about this garage ? I'm looking for some picture of it with the sign of course.

Could this be "ALVAN Motors" ?
he was located in Drongen.
I still have regularly contact with the ex-owner Alain Van Driessche.

The first Belgian Lotus importateur/garage was (Firmin) "Ets Dauwe" located on the Kortrijkste Steenweg in Gent (Sint Denijs Westrem) and Sint Denijs Westrem is nearby Sint Martens Latem.

The previous owner of the sign gave me more informations. He tolds me that the garage went bankruptcy more than 25 years ago

Must be Firmin Dauwe's garage ...

No writings on it so it's hard to aged it.

It's a lighting sign with fluo lamp inside (this system appeared mid 70's)

It's in plastic

Edit : I guess it's beginning of 90's due to color of the green more dark than before
