Is the S1 europa worth the extra money?

Hello,
I'm new to the Europa scene as my old love is lancia. However after having owned several Beta's and Fulvia's and one A112 abarth (still have one Fulvia and the Abarth) I sense I'm being drawn to cars from another piece of the world. Being a zagato fanatic the odd shape of the Europa has never put me off and when I found out the S1 model ' wears' Lancia Flavia (zagato) rear light units I wanted one.
Since a few months I've been checking the market for early Europa's and find several S2's for around 16000 euro. Not concours but nontheless in a nice condition.
However S1's are rare. Last week I found a S1a for sale and the asking price is about 20% over the prices I see asked for S2 cars.
The condition of this car is reasonable, had a chassis change a few years back but has a few non original items such as a motolita steering wheel, S2 doors incl electric windowlifts and it is black which was not original for S1 and S2 cars. But it has the aloy dash, the fixed seats and the desirable Lancia lights!
My question is; Will an S1 be a better investment a therefor will command a higher price?
Cheers,
william
