The new Lotus Exige V6 Cup builds upon the success of the previous Series 2 Exige Cup 240/255 and 260 during the 2012 season. Based upon the road-]going Exige S, the lightweight V6 Cup is powered by a 3.5 litre supercharged V6 engine driving through a 6-speed close ratio gearbox and for the first time an optional race specification 6 speed paddle operated sequential gearbox, providing more than enough performance for racers and track enthusiasts.

Designed to compete in the globally successful Lotus Cup series, the Exige V6 Cup has been developed by Lotus Racing to provide the driver with a car that offers levels of handling and acceleration capable of taming Europe’s most demanding racetracks.

Multi adjustable race suspension, front and rear anti-roll bars in conjunction with 4 way adjustable DPM (Dynamic Performance Management) allied to increased levels of down-]force provide the Exige V6 Cup with track-focused adjustable handling to enable every driver to get the most out of their car.

The Exige V6 Cup and Lotus Cup 2013 provide you with unique access to compete in one of the most competitive series in the world.

The Lotus Exige V6 Cup features as standard the following performance upgrades and safety equipment developed by Lotus Racings’ skilled engineers to provide a competitive package.

• T45 steel main roll hoop incorporating ‘A’ frame, harness bar & front FIA bolt-in cage

• Lightweight louvered engine cover
• Optional 6 speed sequential transmission with ‘paddle-shift’ operation, race tuned shift strategy
• FIA FT3 70 litre capacity fuel cell
• FIA approved fire suppression system

If it looks fast it usually goes fast....degene die dit spul niet heeft volgend jaar in de Cup begint alvast met een achterstand!

men kan de basisversie nog niet eens deftig leveren en men begint al weer met speciale versies...

het blijft maar duren,voor we eens een nieuwe exige in Belgie geleverd zien.
Als het nog lang duurt,zal ik elders moeten gaan shoppen.

Ik heb eigenlijk wel zin om een nieuwe exige te kopen.het probleem nergens staat er een in de toonzaal

Ik ben wel heel tevreden van mijn nieuwe elise.Wat een auto.Mijn evora in vergelijking was een schildpad.Het enige probleem is dat mijn echtgenoot liever in de evora zat.(comfort),maar een lotus koop je niet voor het comfort,maar om mee te rijden.
