I am working on getting 6/10 cars coming to Ypres from the north east of England for the next event. Can you help me out with some info asap

1 what is the date of the event

2 start time

3 Cost of event Per car with 2 persons

4 Approx cost hotel / travel lodge for 2 nights "room with breakfast 2 persons"
