The team has recently confirmed its affiliation with the new Lotus F1 team and Litespeed boss Nino Judge has been made the head of the European arm of Lotus F1 Racings Driver Development Programme.
Litspeed is currently looking for drivers to run in British F3 next season and feed into the drivers development programme.
"Many Formula 1 stars have made their name racing in Formula 3 , so we can give the rare opportunity to young drivers to hone their talends in a competitive European series and to encourage them to fulfil their full potential" , said Judge.
"Ultimately this may also mean an F1 test for any exceptionally talented drivers competing in British F3 with Litespeed ".
"The Litespeed team will also benefit from its technical collaboration with the neighbouring Lotus F1 Racing team , which makes this an extremely affiliation."
Litespeed will continue to run its SLC chasis in the National Class of British F3 , which means the squad potentially has four drivers available next season.
Litespeed's director of engeneering Steve Kenchington added : " We have been looking at a number of junior series , both local and international , and we have seen some tremendous talent ."
"While we would like to announce our F3 driver line-up shortly , the door is not yet closed to experienced drivers who , realistically , have the skill and determination to win the championship next year."
